Your entry ticket includes entry to the whole house and grounds, all permanent and temporary exhibitions. You will also be provided with a visitor guide map. Our digital guide is also offered free of charge, which includes audio tours and additional historical information and behind-the-scenes content.

Located a short distance from Upney Station and Barking Town Centre, getting here couldn't be easier.
Entry is free. Serves freshly prepared hot and cold lunches, selection of homemade pastries, cakes, scones and refreshments.
All toilets including the accessible toilet and baby changing facilities are located on the first floor. There is a lift for access. Don't worry the one pictured isn't in use!

Eastbury Manor House is fully wheelchair accessible, the upper floors of the house can be reached via a lift. Occasionally we may limit the number of wheelchair users who can access the upper floors at anyone time for evacuation safety. The ground floor is fully accessible. There is a ramped entrance at the main entrance, plus a sloped entrance to Eastbury Kitchen.
Assistance Dogs are welcome throughout the house. Our staff may check with you, as other dogs are not allowed in the house. Simply let them know your dog is an assistance dog.
For step-free and curb-free access, the best drop off point is by our main driveway gate on Eastbury Square. You can locate this spot using What 3 Words- ///turkey.pirate.oiled.

We love to see your little ones exploring and enjoying Eastbury just as much as you. We have trails available throughout the year, including our Eye-Spy and Eastbury Explorer Trails. These are completely free and included in your admission. We also host other seasonal trails which are also free. Some special event trails may have a small admission fee, but don't worry, this always replaces any admission fee, so you won't be paying twice!
Pushchairs and strollers can be left in our inner courtyard buggy park- please note this is uncovered. When it is raining, we'll try to keep your buggy inside, but this may not be possible at busy times. Baby changing facilities are available in the accessible toilet on the first floor.
We've also recently introduced a Single Parent Family Ticket, so mums or dads don't miss out on family discounts!
We aim to have tour guides available each day we are open. Tour times are flexible depending on the number of guests in the house- on your arrival, check the board outside the front entrance for when to expect the next tour to start.
Tours last approximately 1 hour, and are completely free during your visit.
We offer private group tours (minimum 15 persons) all year round. Booking in advance is essential. Groups tours start at £8.50 per person, which includes a complementary hot drink on arrival.
